Due to the nature of our work—customized marketing strategies, SEO services, web development, and content creation—we do not offer refunds for services that have been delivered or partially completed.

We understand that every project is unique. If you are dissatisfied with a specific deliverable, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll evaluate concerns on a case-by-case basis and may offer partial refunds or revisions, depending on the situation.

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

• Services have already been rendered in full or part.

• Dissatisfaction due to a change in business direction unrelated to our deliverables.

• Lack of communication or client inaction causing project delays.

All deposits and monthly retainers are non-refundable. These payments reserve your spot in our workflow and cover initial research, planning, and resource allocation.
